Family members brought their Christmas spirit, which was good because the weather outside felt like it was still Spring. It helped that I had turned down the air-conditioner to make it feel quite cool inside. The family gathering at Christmas expanded somewhat this year, and we had to set out extra chairs - the Yankle-Chapman-Harrington-Young Christmas Party included new guests Petr Florian and Billy Hall. On December 23rd, 2006, there were also 4 generations of the descendants of O.B. Chapman present under one roof. It was a remarkably good party which left everyone feeling good about the chance to meet family and friends.
The latter pictures show the events of Christmas morning with the Yankle family. We feel truly blessed and fortunate to be able to celebrate Christmas in this manner.
