"The motivations of the people coming to the Center are rooted in aspirations; they are seeking ways to achieve lofty ambitions. The CCL Logo was developed to reflect this. In the symbol, an androgynous figure throws out wings and reaches skyward. The figure has long curves and strength that suggest the action of taking flight. As these lines lift upward, combining the grace of flying with the strength needed to escape gravity, they form an image symbolic of the subtle complexities involved in the act of creative leadership."
